Sometimes when working on an enquiry/booking, a warning may appear when the ‘SAVE’ button is pressed. There can be several reasons for this:
The most common reason is that the customer whose enquiry/booking it is, has authenticated a card/paid a deposit or added some pre-orders at the same time that you are on their booking details. All you need to do is click the 'REFRESH' button and then those additional changes made by the customer will update automatically on that particular enquiry/booking.
This error message can sometimes happen if there is a drop in internet connection. Please make sure that the internet connection is strong and connected to an ethernet cable if possible. Please see this Spec Sheet on the optimal conditions in which to run Collins.
Finally, this message will also show if another user has made changes to this booking/enquiry and saved in the time you have been on the same page.
