The customer profile appears in the bottom left corner of the booking/enquiry.
The profile is created using the customer's email address. Once added, you can build upon the customer's profile. Any labels/notes added will stay on a customer’s profile and will be automatically filled in as soon as the customer’s email address is recognised as having made a previous booking. If a customer has added a birthday when making the enquiry, this will also be shown in this section.
Adding customer labels
Customer labels can be added in Settings. They are a useful way of communicating important customer information to your team, for both internal use and waitstaff on the day of the booking. Any customer labels added will be highlighted in the diary view and will also show up on the run sheet.
Adding Customer Notes
These are similar to labels and will remain on the customer profile for all future enquiries or bookings. To edit, simply click into the text box > edit accordingly > Save. Any changes made will automatically update in the customers' other bookings.
This section will show any past, upcoming or same day bookings made under the customer profile. If ‘SEE ALL’ is clicked you will be brought to a list of bookings/enquiries within the Enquiries page, where additionally any LOST or CANCELLED bookings/enquiries will show.
