Similar to the section within the individual Venue settings, email settings can be added here which will be defaulted to if the venue doesn't have their settings filled out.
All Collins emails do not come from DesignMyNight. They come from an email address you set and you can also set the name that appears in the customer's inbox. Eg. email@example.com and Bar Reservations Team
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to update or edit this section the email address.
Forward unknown Collins Mail messages to - If you have the bolt-on Collins Mail, you will have been set up with an email address email@example.com Any email sent to this address which isn’t linked to a booking (does not have a DMN number in the email Subject) will be forwarded on to this email address.
Default out of office message - if you want to personalise this, add a message into the text box.This is for Collins Mail clients only.
Include in emails - If you want to include which area has been allocated to the enquiry/booking, keep this box ticked.
Email Messages - Similar to the email templates within the venue settings, these can be also added at the venue group level. Simply click ‘add another’ to create new message templates.
Then to choose these messages within an individual venue:
> Settings > Venues > Click the name of the venue > Emails > Choose “Use emails from venue group”Email Attachments - Similar to the attachments within the venue settings, these can be also added at the venue group level. Simply click ‘add another’ to create new attachments
NB, unless you have previously added template/attachments at Venue level, the sections will already be defaulted to "Use from venue group"
