Troubleshooting - I Can’t See ‘Venue Group’ in My Settings?

If you click on ‘Settings’ and cannot see the option to choose ‘Venue Group’, it means you do not have the correct permissions set to make changes to the venue group.

Please contact someone from your venue group who has the option ‘All Venues’ permission box ticked to grant you permission. For information on permissions and how to change them, please see this article.

If you think you should have access to the venue group and there is nobody from your venue group with this permission, please contact us
