When setting up a Private Hire booking type, at the least, you'll need to complete the below sections for Enquiries:
Emails - add a message in the Enquiry Received Message box, as this is the first correspondence that the customer will receive upon submitting the enquiry. I.e. Our team will be in touch within the next 24 hours to discuss your enquiry further. Please note our Opening Hours are XXX. Should you wish to contact us sooner, feel free to email us or call us on XXX.
Availability - this is the main crux of your Enquiry rules. Fill each section out excluding Shut Same Day Bookings - below is a guide with more detail on the columns in this section
> Can Book - make sure to tick the days that enquiries can be made for - to make this visible on the online widget. If not, this will remain for Internal use only.
> Min/Max Duration - for enquiries, you could leave these fields empty so customers have the flexibility to enquire> Booking Policy
