Collins Pay - Email notifications when a customer makes a payment/authenticates a card

If you would like to receive notifications of customer payments by email, you can set this up in your Settings. To set this up, go to:

  • Settings > Venues

  • Select your venue

  • Payments tab on the left-hand side

  •  Under Payment notifications > Emails > add in the email address you wish payment notifications to be sent to

  • Make sure to SAVE the settings

USEFUL - You can also add multiple email addresses in this field
