Within a booking/enquiry, you can determine the booking information. Once added the details can be edited - just make sure to SAVE the changes before exiting:
Venue / Type
Choose from a dropdown list of your Venue(s). If nothing is selected here, the Booking Type will appear as greyed out. Once selected, you will then be able to choose from a dropdown list of all Booking Types that have been set up in the admin settings.
Site information is a useful tool to add information about a site, specific tables/areas or zones for future use and can be particularly useful if you have a central reservations team that they may never have visited in person. A good example of site information could be recording minimum spends about a particular zone, or making a note that a private dining room has a separate bar.
NOTE: Only users that have access to ALL SITES can add, edit and delete site information. Users with individual site access - will only be able to view site information.

Time and Until timeIf a customer lead enquiry comes into the system, the ‘Until’ time will already be filled in (as this is a mandatory field on the booking widget). Please be aware that when inputting booking details manually, if no until time is entered, Collins will automatically allocate the booking till the closing time.
