Booking Types - Birthday Field (DOB)

When a customer makes a booking or an enquiry they will be required to input several fields including their Email Address/First Name/Last Name and Mobile Number (represented by an asterisk*)

By default, the Birthday field is not mandatory, but if you also want that field to be mandatory, this can be done by going to:

  • Settings

  • Venues

  • Booking Types

  • Required Fields and then checking the Birthday box. NB This needs to be repeated on each booking type you want this to apply to.

  • Make sure to SAVE the page  

  



Alternatively, if you do not want the birthday field to appear at all, you can check the birthday box in the ‘Remove Fields’ section.
