Floorplan - Different coloured outlines on Tables

← Diary, Floorplan & Run Sheet FAQs

Throughout live service, your Tables will be outlined with various colours:

> Tables with an Orange outline indicate that the table is free for the next 90 minutes so that you can see at a glance where you can quickly place any walk-ins and any last-minute bookings. This should make it super easy and quick for you to see your available tables.

> Tables with a Red outline indicate that the booking that is currently in that table has less than 15 minutes left

> Tables will outline Purple when you hover over a booking in the check-in list on the left-hand side

> Tables with Dark grey colour on them will indicate a table/area that is closed
