Diary/Floorplan - Warning Indicators in Collins
Within Collins, you will be warned if certain rules and limits are set/exceeded. These Rules are:
> Limit Arrivals - these are rules that are set up within the settings to restrict the number of covers that can be booked between certain slots. Once a time slot becomes full based on the settings, the slot will be shaded orange within the Diary page and the More/Less section of the Diary/Floorplan. This will help the team on the floor know which slots are at capacity at glance. Once a slot is full, no more bookings will be taken through the online widget, but the team will be able to manually add bookings in.
> Closed Areas - if you do not want bookings to be placed into specific areas/zones, you are able to close them off through the Diary page or the Venue's Settings. Once an area/zone is closed, it will be shaded light grey within the Diary page and dark grey within the More/Less section and the Floorplan.

> Exceeding Table/Area Capacities - when a booking is placed into an area, if the capacity is smaller/larger than the parameters set up in the Venue's Settings, the system will flag this up with warnings in the Diary page, More/Less section and the Expanded booking Panel.
